Where is Jubi made?

All Jubi garments are designed by Sage and produced in small batches, either in our Tofino studio or by one of local seamstresses. Every piece is made with close attention to detail, start to finish.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During product launches or high-volume periods, shipping may take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Are your pieces ready to ship or made to order?

Most of our pieces are ready to ship in limited quantities. Occasionally, certain items may be made to order - this will always be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated shipping timeline.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend referring to the size guide and comparing to your own measurements. If you need additional help determining the right size, feel free to reach out with your measurements - we’re happy to help.

What kinds of fabrics do you use?

We prioritize 100% natural fibres and primarily work with GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified linen. All of our fabrics are sourced through Canadian wholesalers with a focus on quality, longevity, and comfort. We choose materials that are soft, breathable, and made to wear well over time - pieces that can grow with you and be loved, worn, and (eventually) repaired.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Tofino, British Columbia, on the west coast of Canada.

How should I care for my garment?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and included with your order. In general, we recommend a cold, gentle wash and laying flat to dry to maintain the quality and fit of your piece over time.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces may be restocked depending on fabric availability. Others, especially those made from limited deadstock materials, are only available once.

Can I shop Jubi in person?

Yes. A selection of our pieces is available at a small number of stockists. You can find the most up-to-date list on our stockists page.

Do you ship internationally? Are customs & duties included in your prices?

Yes! We’re happy to offer international shipping. Please note that delivery times and customs processing may vary depending on your country.

Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in our prices. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office or postal service for an estimate of potential charges, as thresholds and rates vary widely.

If your package is subject to duties that you're unhappy with and you choose to return it:

- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

- If the item is returned to us in sellable condition, we can issue a store credit minus any return fees incurred.

- If the package is not returned to us (for example, if it’s abandoned or destroyed by customs), we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or credit.
