Return Policy
Canadian Customers: Returns are accepted on all regular “shop” page pieces. A full refund (minus any shipping costs) will be granted, or store credit if you prefer. The only occasion where we can't offer returns from this page is when customizations have been made to the piece (eg. adjusting hem length) - we have made this piece just for you.
USA + International Customers: Returns and exchanges are not permitted at this time for any of our pieces.
To initiate a return, send me an email & I'll walk you through the steps - you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund - goods must be en route back to Jubi within another 14 days from then. Pieces must be unworn, with original tags included to be eligible for a return. Jubi reserves the right to deny a return if it's determined that the item(s) are not in their original condition.
All purchases made through the one-of-a-few page are final sale.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How long will my order take to ship?
We do our best to ship out orders every 2-3 days (excluding weekends) - but please allow up to 7 business days for your order to dispatch. We are a small team and do our best to process orders as quickly as we can.
If you have requested an alteration please add an additional 2-3 days for us to complete the adjustment.
Also please make sure to read product descriptions fully to see if the piece you have ordered is a pre-order. Specific timelines will be included in the description.
My piece has faded after washing and wearing. Is this normal?
Yes! Fading is a natural characteristic of pure, untreated fibers. Unlike synthetic fabrics, natural materials gently evolve over time, developing a lived-in look that we love. To help preserve the color, we recommend washing in cold water, air drying, and storing your piece away from direct sunlight.
How do I measure myself?
We have an chart you can reference to see how you can take measurements of yourself here. Once you measure your body, you can take a look at the measurements of the garment you’re looking at to see which best corresponds to your own. Keep in mind, not everyones will fall exactly into what’s shown as all bodies vary. If you are in between sizes, we suggest taking the next size up.
